I don't often do reviews, but this stuff is the absolutely fantastic. To put it in my son's word, "it makes the best chicken tikka ever" and that's saying something coming from him. I've been trialling different methods and whilst cooking immediately after mixing, it's lovely but the best I've found is to marinate over night. As for the marinating, I saw someone else suggest using natural yogurt to make it stick to the meat better, which I did. The best batch of chicken tikka so far was when I used natural greek yogurt....not too much, just enough to coat the chicken lightly. Then add enough of the marinade to cover the chicken well. Best results, in my humble opinion, the longer you marinade the better. So easy to use. In terms of price, not sure if it's expensive but to me, it's worth every penny! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I've brought this twice now and will continue to buy it again in the future. It is the best tikka flavour I think I have tasted and better than any restaurant tikka I can remember eating. However, the instructions don't mention adding any yoghurt and so I tried with just this seasoning and chicken, and all the seasoning stuck to my hand and not the chicken, so I had to add enough yoghurt, to make it into a paste, so it would stick to the chicken, rather than my hand. Also, the instructions say to use 100g each time and that is way too much, as I ended up only using 50g mixed with yoghurt and it was more than enough, to coat 1kg of chicken!

These things make my mother in law look like she can cook!Every HH marinade we have tried to date has been lovely and made chicken, my least favourite protein, more than bearable.Weekly routine now to get a few kilos of chicken breasts, toss them in various HH marinades and then vacuum and freeze them. Pull them out the freezer night before cooking and you have a beautifully marinaded breast full of flavour.Cannot rate these high enough.
