I don't usually review things like trash bags and laundry detergent. You buy it, use it and either get more or move on to another brand.I will stick with this one because I know it.The scent isn't overpowering, or flowery, just clean.I use the machine supplied by the building management and it has no way to add fabric softener except to stay there and wait for the rinse cycle.So having the Downy in it already works for me.I've used this brand for several years and see no reason to switch now.

Cleans my clothes effectively and leaves a lovely Downy scent that I like. I work with machining oils that leave a residual odor on my clothes that just doesn't go away. This detergent, although doesn't eliminate the odor entirely, it helps with that. Ok price for the size (of course I wish things didn't cost so much). Packing could be a little better. I've purchased detergent and liquids from Amazon before with tape covering the cap and the bottle bagged inside the box, with no leakage. This detergent arrived with a strong tape around the cap and bottle to prevent leaking, no bag. It leaked. Not a complete loss though. I would purchase again.

Washes clothes well. Well worth the money, will purchase it again once we need more

This product was new to me. Wasn't sure about the downy. It worked like a charm and only have to use one product. The price worked out great for my budget.

Tide April fresh is the best. It does an excellent job getting clothes clean, the downy softens, and smells amazing.

I feel this cleans my clothes well and leaves them smelling fresh.
