Best tasting licorice, chewy with a very good texture. Loved the variety pack, especially the green apple. They’re all tasty though. A bit pricey but comparable (even sometimes cheaper) to what you would pay if you bought 6 in a store of that size. Not for those looking to watch calorie intake: each piece is 30 calories and it’s easy to go through a bag.

Whether you try the classic black or one of their fruity flavors like red (which often tastes like strawberry), the flavor is usually rich and not too artificial. It's sweet, but it also has that distinct licorice taste that fans love. Great freshness and flavor. Bags have Velcro closure to make sure product stays fresh. All flavors great with the exception of the Black. It tasted off. Reading the ingredient list, which was twice as long as the other five flavors, it has High Fructose Corn Syrup. I don't do HFCS and was surprised to see it as an ingredient since the other flavors had none listed and actually tasted more to their respective flavors. So that's the reason for 4 stars. Value at $5.00 a bag was a good value. I will buy the variety pack again but just throw out the Classic Black bag like I did this time.

This is the BEST licorice I've EVER HAD ❤️. I've been ordering it for months now and have never been disappointed. Always fresh, tastes absolutely wonderful-I haven't had all the flavors YET! But I regularly keep the hot cinnamon on hand, it's my very favorite and the best cinnamon licorice ever. I also love the black and original red. It's the perfect softness and chewyness. It smells fresh cause it is! It's also not sticky like so many are. I think it's a perfect treat any time of day, everyday! I wasn't even that big of a licorice eater until THIS BRAND, it's worth every penny and it arrives quickly and it's packed very well. I highly recommend. It's worth trying definitely 😃😋

I have enjoyed their traditional black licorice in the past so I thought I would try some other flavors. While I have not tasted all 6 flavors, I would say I am disappointed. Very artificial tasting and odd colors. I will stick with the traditional black licorice.

The pieces are bigger than I expected. They are softer than the hard black licorice I'm used to. Very interesting. I would buy these again the next time I have guests that eat candy.

I have tried all flavors in the variety pack besides the Black Licorice as I am not a fan of black licorice in general. However, I gave it to a friend and have on good authority that it is delicious as well if you're a fan of black licorice.Red: A great classic strawberry with a lot of flavor. If you're to compare it to basic red Twizzler's, it makes them seem bland in comparison.Huckleberry: Great berry flavor that really comes through. It does have a strong smell (not bad just strong). This makes it my least favorite of the bunch, but my wife loves it. So if you're sensitive to strong smelling food, just keep that in mind.Watermelon: By far my favorite of the bunch. A nice sweetness without being overpowering like some other watermelon candy can be.Blueberry Pomegranate: Great flavor that you can really pull both the pomegranate and the blueberry out of. It was a pleasant surprise.Green Apple: Not 100% your typical green apple flavor. Not a sour at all, but it meets a nice sweet middle ground between your typical candy green apple flavor, and a real green apple fruit.To top it off the texture on all of them is the same, and it is superb. I saw on one of the 1-star reviews that someone was mad that the candy broke into smaller pieces while chewing it, and was confused because that's what licorice is supposed to do.So keep that in mind, it is a perfect LICORICE texture. It is firm, but chewy, consistent all the way through and breaks into smaller pieces while chewing.Lastly the resealable bags are a lifesaver. Just nice to have and keep the candy fresh if you only eat a piece or two at a time like I do.
