the bike is ok but the gears did not work, I called the customer care but they are just fooling around and saying there will be a call on ur number an message them ur problem its ridiculous that i just bought and assembled it and then found out that the rear tyer is rubbing the frame and its next o impossible to move around with this i wasted 9000 on it don't buy this .

The cycle is good though the delivery and service is slow.They sent a new seat bracket, after my complaint - as the original one was faulty. Delivery took more than 15 days.However, the seller is responsive and the product appearance/performance is acceptable.

The cycle is pretty sturdy and I haven't faced any functionality issues in the past 3 months. It looks sleek and provides a smooth ride.

Ordered it during the amazon republic day sale. Got it at a very good price. This is for my 11 yr old son. The installation was free of cost and the Cultsport technician was arranged on priority. The cycle came semi assembled. I put the rest together. Cycle had a few issues but it was promptly resolved by the cult sport customer care team. Overall cycle look good and feels nice to ride.

What's more disappointing is the poor after-sales support—I reached out multiple times, but the company has not responded to address the problem. It's been a frustrating experience.
