They replaced my damaged one

Missing piece of set
I ordered this for My daughter's Wedding on July 20,2024 and the round sign about The Family was not in the box ,I would appreciate it if Amazon would send me the other piece that goes with the set ,the set consists of the registry heart,for the guest to sign a heart and drop inside the registry heart ,the bag of hearts,the box that holds the hearts and the stand holds the registry heart ,missing is the round piece with the family quote on it ,other than the missing piece I was satisfied

Good and Bad
The material was flimsy and not what I expected. More like corrugated cardboard than plastic. It was delivered damaged because of shoddy packing.The print and picture were beautiful.The company responded quickly and rectified it.
