This B- complex supplement by Livingood is loaded with various B vitamins, as well as Choline, Inositol, and PABA. I’ve learned that Choline supports Liver health, Inositol helps with blood pressure, and PABA assists the gut in producing Folic acid. What I really like about this supplement is that it contains high doses of b- vitamins, niacin, and Biotin. Taking this supplement slims down the total daily supplements I have to take, since it incorporates many supplements that I use daily (like biotin). Having this complex eliminates the need for me to take certain supplements on their own. It’s a big time saver in the morning, when I typically take my supplements.Overall, this b- complex helps keep my energy level up, and the folic acid helps my nails, facial complexion, and hair follicle growth.
