Finally Found the Best Water Solution – Reliable Product & Exceptional Customer Support
I’ve spent the last few years searching for a reliable and convenient source of drinking water, and the Waterdrop A1 has been the best solution by far. Here’s a quick comparison of everything I’ve tried before:1. Under-sink RO filters – While they offer clean water with minimal effort, they require a dedicated faucet installation, which wasn’t possible in my rented unit. No temperature control either.2. Small bottled water – The water quality is good, but it’s expensive, requires trips to the store, and takes up space. Plus, disposing of all the empty bottles is both costly and inconvenient.3. Regular water delivery with dispenser – While this option offers cold and hot water without trips to the store, delivery was unreliable and often delayed on short notice, sometimes for weeks. The bottles take up a lot of room, and the dispenser requires regular maintenance.4. Other countertop filters – These are easy to set up and hook up to your sink, but the exposed hose looks messy. They also lack RO filtration and temperature control. Then I discovered the Waterdrop A1, and it strikes the perfect balance. It offers RO filtration, consistent water quality, and a wide range of temperature options. Yes, the water tank needs to be filled regularly, but that’s a small price to pay for a system I can fully control—no more depending on external deliveries or managing bottle waste. What really impressed me, beyond the product itself, was the outstanding customer service. Both Robbie and Karina from the Waterdrop support team responded promptly and worked with me to solve an issue—even after the 1-year warranty had expired. Their assistance was efficient, courteous, and reassuring, making me feel truly supported as a customer. If you’re looking for a dependable, stylish, and efficient water system, I can’t recommend the Waterdrop A1 enough. It’s been a game-changer for my home and daily routine.

It’s very good
I like this filter and how convenient it is to have cold or hot water with a press of a button. Their customer service is outstanding. I reached out to them because the unit started leaking and it got replaced promptly. Karina helped me and she was very nice and professional.

Received leaky unit - not recommended.
I was really looking forward to trying this product. I followed the instructions for installation and did the necessary flushing (which was kind of a pain, but I thought for one time it would be worth it). During the flushing, I noticed some water under the machine - but assumed it was due to the fact that I didn't have a very good container to flush the water into. Due to the shape / size, I had to put it under the spout an an angle, so I thought this might have caused the extra water.I tried a glass of water. It was good, but not as good as I had hoped for. Maybe I am too particular, but I don't really enjoy when my water has much taste. This definitely had a taste to it.A few hours later (and after reading some reviews here), I decided that I would put some paper towels under the machine to see if the water was still an issue. After not very long, the paper towels were soaked. The water was coming out from under the machine. I was so disappointed. It also was a pain to package back up and heavy to send back.I will not be using Waterdrop or any of their products in the future. For how expensive this is, it definitely should not have any issues - much less something so major. I decided to order a different machine (Kul).

Great alternative to water cooler
I live in an apartment and have been filling 5 gallon bottles of water for years, always wishing I could get an RO system. I discovered that there are countertop RO systems, found this one on Amazon and took the plunge. It is a very easy system to put together, it is heavy but that is to be expected. If you follow the instructions, which are very basic, you will have no problem. The water tastes great, and it is very handy having hot and cold water readily available.. I am actually on my second unit, the first unit I received actually stopped producing hot water on demand. I contacted customer service, they had me take a video of the unit in action, in which i was able to show that the water was not coming out hot. They immediately sent me a replacement unit, and packaging for the first unit to send it back to them. I have had no problems with the second unit. This companies customer service is the best I have ever received, they even recently send me an additional gift of another type of filtration system they have that more resemebles a Brita, but better. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the motor is a bit noisy. I understand that its due to the motor chilling or heating the water, but its actually a little louder than my refrigerator when it runs. I find that if I keep the temperature setting at room temperature then the motor seems to run less, so that is what I do when I know I wont be using it for a while. There is a night option, which I should probably use. It is a large unit, and you will probably want to keep it close to the sink and not place under overhead cabinets, due to taking off and putting back the water reservoir. This is really a great option for people who rent and can't put in a RO system, and you do not have to deal with heavy bags of salt like you would with a regular system. I think the water tastes great, I live in Arizona which has notoriously bad tap water, and this has made everything taste better. I highly recommend this product for people who are in a similar situation as myself, or even if you don't want to bother with getting a normal RO system. And once again, the customer service is excellent, so if you are on the fence about it know that this company will take care you if an issue happens.
