Well-made with thick glass that doesn't shatter/chip. A bit heavy but I think it's worth it. Wipes clean easily and a healthier alternative to plastic - safer and better for health. Only vice- wish the handle was made of glass as well. Can see it falling off/ breaking eventually over time. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, I love it!

Made of thick glass, ceramic screw for knob. I think this is a healthier alternative to the plastic covers, but I wouldn't use it in a house with children or elderly people. It's heavy and it could break. I handle it with care, so as not to knock it into anything. I like it a lot. It works for me and I think it looks very nice. I like how it's not going to melt, like my previous cover melted, after just a few uses. I also consider the glass being better for a person's health in regards to carcinogens.

Microwave cover is a perfect replacement for my plastic one. With health issues concerning plastic in our bodies, this was a must. Only negative is that it is much heavier than my plastic one. Well made. Has rubber handle on for great grip. Extra weight worth it to have a plastic free cover. One of the health warning was not to use plastic in the microwave. Wish I had purchased this years ago. Easy to rinse or wash after use. Fits over normal dinner plate to cover food.

Cover is as described, made of glass, with a handle on top. It works great and I love having a clean microwave with no splatters! It covers plates and bowls nicely and I wish I had had one made of glass years ago.

High quality glass. Just wish the silicone handle felt more secure. I've had no problems but the cover seems heavy for the silicone handle, which I attached manually, as directed. Hopefully it is sturdier than it appears.
