The quality is good and the buying is worth for money and comfort.

The bed frame initially impressed with its sturdiness and lifting capacity. However, after a year, the motors developed a rattling sound, a problem that required technical support to resolve. While the support was helpful, the rattling persists intermittently, suggesting some loose, unsecured internal components. Despite this, the bed frame's overall performance remains satisfactory after 18 months.PS: The amazon care didnt help much and had to constantly follow up with sleep company customer support to get the needful done.

Though the product is very useful in terms of its feature, the problem is post purchase poor support. No one turned up for six days despite priority requests quoting my aged parents. Finally had to assemble it on my own (luckily has all the tools). The best part is the Rep who came on the seventh day was all alone. He expected the customer to help him in assembling the bed which is close to 70-80 kgs. This is just not acceptable after spending close to a lakh.

The bed is as it is described in the product detail. Very comfortable to sleep on and has all the features described. Works well with their own mattress.

अगर आप यहां बेड खरीदने जा रहे हैं सिर्फ सोने के लिए तो बिल्कुल भी ना खरीदें यार सिर्फ मास्टर रूम में जहां टीवी देखना है जहां आपको कुछ काम या लैपटॉप चलाना है उसके लिए बेहतर बेड है या सोने के लिए तो फ्लैट बेड ही अच्छा रहता है क्योंकि इसकी कीमत के हिसाब से आप नॉर्मल बेड ही खरीद कर सो सकते हैं और इस बेड पर मैट्ट्रेस खरीदने पर खासतौर से ध्यान दें इस पर या तो कॉटन या पूरे लेटेक्स गद्दा ही बेहतर रहेगा इसके साथ में आने वाला मैट्रेस सही सेट नहीं ले पता है और किसी भी काम का नहीं है

I have 2 beds and mattresses from sleep company. The product is comfortable, the build quality is average, but the installation experience is atrocious. They cut corners by sending just one person to do the job, knowing fully well that it needs at least 2 people to even lift their mattress. When we called the company line the lady at the other end first tried to browbeat the technician into installing by himself, when that failed, she basically said there is nothing she could do. Extremely poor customer service experience makes me regret purchasing this bed.
