I gifted this watch' to my brother and he loved it and still wear this watch.. totally amazing, full of features , it looks luxurious

Bought in August 2024. Suddenly the watch stops getting power on and doesn’t charged by Feb 2025. Wrote mail to Fireboltt team. After multiple follow ups, the defective product gets picked up and I am sent a refurbished unit in replacement. Couldn’t check the product after receiving for 4 days. On 5th day when I checked the product, I found it to be having battery performance issue. After charging for 100%, the watch didn’t even stay on for more than 12 hours. When I wrote back, the fireboltt team states that they have a company policy that the customer has to write back in 24 hours after receiving the replacement for any issues. And there is no such policy statement mentioned in any of the mail trails. And now I have to simply discard the watch. Pathetic product and especially pathetic customer service.Amazon should make a note of the same.

Response is slow. Don't need to be ultra fluidic but should be atleast smooth.Lags in operation.Build quality & looks are good in fact.
