The item was fine but I do not like this company because you have to pay for all of their returns.

Special fixtures needed
Can’t connect water once mounted— the clearance from the wall to the fixture is maybe 1 1/2” and it points out to the wall. They should supply the very low profile right angle supply line needed to connect water or redesign it. I’m not going on an Amazon treasure hunt to get the perfect supply hose. On to the big box store!

Poor finishing, should not be on market
Really poor finishing, the quality control guy should be fired. Metal junk in faucet, poor stainless steel finishing, I did not expect to see those kind of finishing quality on consumer market in 21th century. Have to return and stay away from this brand. The only reason for two star is the raw material is real stainless steel.

Broken valves
Broken the first months water coming out of the handles and none stop dripping.They did replace it so that part is good but obviously this isn't the best product.
