Drains the battery in two to four weeks
Initially I installed a new battery and it worked as expected. In about a month the battery was dead, but the time had past to return it. I installed another battery and removed it when not in use. It work great until I tired of removing and left it in for a week or so. The battery voltage dropped to a point that it did not work. I have installed a third battery and will need to keep removing it.

Bose controller
The controller works fine. Had to buy a battery and install it. But that was as advertised. I'm very satisfied.

It works
I have a lot of Bose remotes in the house, but the latest model of Bose CD/radio somehow got a buzzer setting going on the alarm. The old remotes couldn't change it back to CD, this one did. Winner! Yes, you have to put a battery in, but you knew that going into the purchase.

A great replacement, our Bose is very very old and I did not want to buy another one
Works just as good as the old one, we bought a new one in the past and it did not work so we returned it, but this one is awesome!
