I wish I could afford another one!
We have a wedding coming up so we got this hoping it would be good enough. OMG it's perfect for the wedding. Good bass and volume without getting ear shattering. You can hear other people but you have to speak up, so it's more than capable for wedding music. Wish I had another and I'd dj parties!

No remote
The overall sound of this product was good was not real loud but good quality sound however it does not come with a remote. It took them three weeks to tell me that. when I got it I immediately contacted them to Let them know it was missing the remote they told me they would have parts getting in touch with me via email within 24 to 48 hours but they did not.I contacted them again a week later, same result.so I contacted them again and finally they contacted me back and let me know that it does not come with the remote however, iit states and shows it comes with a remote. I would say bad customer service and evidently false advertising. It would scare me if something went wrong with it to try and get it fixed and get it done in any type of a speedy manner. I sent it back approx. two weeks ago, still waiting for refund credit

Missing parts
The speaker was missing the IR remote that is mentioned in the product description. I contacted the manufacturer, was told that they needed to check with the warehouse, I purchased the speaker in February, it is now end of March with no communication from the company. Giving it 2 stars for lack of customer support.UPDATE: It is now almost end of April, customer service has still not been able to send me the missing parts.2nd UPDATE: It is now May and still no updates from the seller.3rd UPDTAE: June, still no update from seller.4th UPDATE: Its September, and no word from the manufacturerIt's November and no word from the manufacturer.Stay away from this horrible company.
