These sauces are quite flavorful. Both the original and the St. Augustine are quite mild compared to some common brands. This is a great hot sauce for making dipping sauces and the like as the heat is mild and not overwhelming for people who are not used to the big heat of other boutique brands.

This stuff is delicious, a bit spicy and very unique. It's a bit pricey but very much worth every penny!

Ohhhh this hot sauce is my favorite. A local coffee shop had it for their breakfast burritos and I was obsessed so I immediately bought it and put it on my own breakfast burritos and meals. I prefer the red bottle over the blue but they are both delicious and they are not too spicy.
