So convenient and nice
Wanted to upgrade so we didn’t have to have our keys all the time. Installation was easy and set up was also. I use my fingerprint hubby used a passcode. Would def recommend

Defective-avoid this lock!
This door lock does not work well at all. It occasionally lets us lock it but the code very sporadically works so we end up having to use the key. By the time we installed it in our new home we couldn’t return it and I can’t find any warranty via the manufacturer. Avoid this one!

Love this door handle and code entry lock!
We absolutely love this door handle and lock. It’s our first code entry door and the kids are now begging for us to get one of these on every exterior door. It has a sturdy handle and lock. The directions to change the code are kind of confusing but we worked it out. I was surprised by the sound of the mechanical lock opening and closing. It is audible so if it is important for this not to have any sound then this isn’t the lock for you. We love it and will be buying more.

Easy to install and operate
This is a nice clean looking lock set. The installation of the lock was made easier because of the very good and clear instructions, they are picture-illustrated with minimum words and easy to understand, especially when programming the combination, which I sometimes find challenging. The operation of locking and unlocking is quick and easy. The robustness of the deadbolt is average per any standard deadbolt, the level handles feel robust with a firm spring action and the appearance is of a modern look. The reason I knocked off one star is that nowhere on the box, the lock itself, or in the instructions is a brand name, manufacturer name, contact address, or a way to resolve a problem should one arise.This is a complete "no-name" product. I suspect if you searched the internet you would find the exact one but at a much higher "branded" price. I have no problems with this, as I can fix most things and I appreciate getting a quality product at a lower price.
