This thing is great. I use it daily and it gives me a smooth shave so long as I take my time. If you rush it across your face, it can leave a bit of stubble. Slower deliberate passes will leave you with a smooth clean feel.I noticed in other reviews that people complained about the smooth shiny finish on the handle making it hard to use and slipping out of their hands. I have dropped this a total of zero times over the 6 months I've had it.

Very satisfied with this purchase! I have used this shaver everyday since receiving and very pleased with the build quality and performance. I did consider many other shavers but selected this one because of the great price of the shaver and the low price for replacement foils and cutters. Originally, I wanted the newest Braun or a Panasonic Arc. However, after reading reviews, looking at thier shave results, and replacement parts, I decided they were way overpriced. I have used this shaver for my daily face shave and for fading my haircut. It works great for both!I liked this foil shaver so much, that it led me to look at other products from Supreme. Within a few days of receiving the shaver, I ordered the multigroomer 3.0, 14 piece set, and it too has exceeded my expectations. I plan on purchasing a set of hair clippers next and a couple more shavers and trimmers to give as gifts. I highly recommend this foil shaver and believe at this price, it cannot be beat!

I’m a 61-year-old guy with a mohawk and I’ve tried multiple razors over the years to keep my head shaved. The one before this one was a Braun System 5 and while it was “okay” I wanted something better. As a test I bought this way cheap Supreme Trimmer and found it beats my Braun in the category of close shaves — this one is AWESOME… probably the best shave I’ve ever had with an electric razor! It even works on 2 days of stubble, cutting it quickly and closely.However, it also “beats” the Braun in the category of sound, in that it’s WAY louder than the Braun. Not quite as loud as a weed whacker, but it sure tries. I might knock a star off for that, but probably not — the close shave makes up for the noise level.So why did I give it 1 star? Because I can only assume that NOBODY who designed this ever used it for shaving — the case on the razor is completely smooth and very slippery. Too slick to comfortably use without it slipping out of your hand. I had to constantly re-grip it until I gave up the fight and wrapped rubber bands around it to give it some gripability.But consumers shouldn’t have to do that — the people who make these should TEST them beforehand. They either didn’t, or they ignored what the testers told them because there’s NO WAY you’d use this and not see the flaw immediately.Doesn’t the close shave make up for the substandard case? No! Because if we always give in to that kind of thing, corporations will never change and do what’s right! When you see something wrong, point it out! That’s why I’m giving this ONE star — because that might be the only way they get the message. They have the foundation of a great product, but sabotaged it because someone thought the slick finish looked cool.

Women should buy this rather than razors for women. It provides a close shave (legs), and better than the razors for women I have tried. It’s not for armpits though. Still the best I’ve tried.

I’m not going to lie. I am not the type to usually write a review. But when I tell you I am a new person after shaving my face with this product, that would be a HUGE understatement. This product brought tears of joy to my eyes. I have been trying to find a new razor that shaves well for a long time, but I never seemed to be able to find one. This is a great compact electric razor. It works much better on my beard than the Norelco type with the round blades. I get a very close shave, very quickly. Looks well made. Easy to clean, just pop the foil top off, rinse in some soapy water, rinse clean and dry. (Foil fragile, so don't use the brush on it!). Take the included brush, and gently brush the blades and the top of the shaver body. That's it! You're ready to go again! Careful, blades are sharp. I use this when I'm in a hurry, or for traveling. Originally bought because I was having shoulder surgery, and could only use one arm for a while. I'm real happy with it.
