Quiet and effective.
Handsome and unobtrustive— the frame is placed so that it doesn't jut out into the room. Quiet— in particular, I was astonished how quiet it is on the exterior side of the window. Very effective (given some time).The high-tech "smart" features are unnecessary and irrelevant. Would be terrific if Friedrich launched a "dumb" inverter unit that was just this but at a lower cost.Not manufactured in the U.S.— sure hope the workers who assemble it get a fair cut of its hefty price-tag.

WE REPLACED A NOISY LESS EXPENSIVE AIR CONDITIONER WITH THIS FRIEDRICH AND REDUCED THE NOISE BY 80%SO HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE!
