Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sturdily made at a great price. Will use it for photography in places I used to be able to climb down to safely and easily; now that I'm older I need to take extra care.

This harness is a complete game changer from the old non padded style harnesses I ran this all week 10hr days and it didn't ride up or rub me raw anywhere. Definitely a good comfy harness for a good price. Super easy on and off and the multiple harness points make it great for moving around in hard areas

Firts off, if you attach the harness like the guy in the video, you will die. He has tools hanging from all of his safety rings and attaches to weak plastic strap clips. The fit is ok, im 5' 11" 165lbs and its a little loose. There arent good retainers for the extra lengths of strap so i have to tie the ends up on the chest. The stitching appears to be well done and there are alot of attachment points, the buckles also appear to be good quality. For the price you can't really complain. For tree work you might consider spending more money and getting something really comfortable. All in all, its cheap, but it will keep you on the roof and satisfy safety requirements.

This harness should be banned by the consumer safety dept. for many reasons.It does not have any of the certifications listed in the descriptions. The only label fastened to the harness has no mention of any certification, materials used, weight limits or other information generally found on safety equipment.The stitching on the harness I received is off the edge of one of the straps. The rest of the stitching may not be adequate for the intended usage. The stamped D rings have rough surfaces where they contact the webbing. The harness I received has a long loop of strap that dangles from the leg straps in back that could dangerously catch on something and result in major bodily injury.The leg strap buckles are not as shown in the description, instead they are on the side rear of center where they are hard to fasten and unfasten, in an uncomfortable place and generally in the way.

Many adjustments do allow 5'3" 130lb to 5'10" 260lb based on 2 people trying it on. The quick disconnects are great & easy to use. Super secure & not too heavy. We use it to secure us to the bucket while doing fiber optic line work.
