Fun and strategic playing.
We bought this for our grand kids and the adults ended up playing it all weekend long instead! We all enjoyed the strategy and challenge of this fun game. We only wish the game board and pieces were bigger.

Pretty Polyominoes!
This is really a great little puzzle game, but just know that the tiles aren't thick and don't feel super sturdy. Comes with great velvet bags though.

Fun game
The object of this game is to create the best garden. There are scoring rules that correspond to what the queen wants in her garden - and the garden that best fulfills her requirements wins. Each player gets their own game board and bag of tiles. Tiles are placed in the center by each player on their turn, and the players all play one tile, one at a time, from that supply. The game ends when there is a player who can’t play any tile in that round, at which time everyone adds up their score. There is a bit of a learning curve to the game, but it isn’t hard to pick up once you get started. We enjoyed playing this game. Do note that there are a maximum of four players at a time. Overall, we would recommend this game.

Probably won't be a requested-for game by the kids very often
Basically the kids decide what games we play on family game night, and this was the starting game most recently. The kids (one older than 8, one younger than 8) were able to grasp the concept and goal of the game pretty quickly. The box itself is on the smaller side (yay for having extra space available on the board game shelf) and the box itself is high quality. Unfortunately, we found the board game components significantly lacking in quality. The cloth pouches are nice, but the pieces that go in these pouches are not. They are super flimsy cardboard and I don't think, with significant play especially with kids, that they will age well. From the parents' perspective, we didn't really love the game, either. It'll stay on the shelf and if it draws neighbor kids in by its artwork, it'll make its way back to the table. Otherwise, it'll likely remain shelf decoration if / when we decide to donate it.

Patchwork for 3 or 4
This is a good game. If you like Patchwork then this is right up your alley. This is much better than "Cottage Garden" which purported to be a 3-4 player Patchwork answer. I do wish the components were sturdier, they seem downright "cheap".

Quick and very fun strategy board game
My family and I have really enjoyed playing this board game. It's an excellent mix of strategy and luck, without being overly complicated. The typical games take about 15-30 minutes depending on how many players there are and their experience levels. The instructions do a pretty good job of explaining the rules and were easy to follow. The gameplay basically consists of a board for each player that represents the Queen's garden, and tetromino shapes with different symbols that are pulled randomly from blind bags. The players are competing to see who can score the most points by filling up their gardens using specific patterns of symbols (shown on the bottom of each player's board). The first player of each round chooses which blind bag to pull pieces from and places them in the middle, then they get to choose one of those pieces to add to their board. The key aspects of strategy involve choosing the best shaped pieces for your board layout and the best symbols on the pieces that line up on your board to form patterns for points. The players can also gain single block pieces which can be placed on the board at the end of the game to fill in empty spots. The players can lose points by leaving open spaces in the garden and if they gain a single block piece that cannot be placed at the end of the game. The game is very fun to play and allows for multiple play styles depending on which pieces/symbols you choose to prioritize for the highest scores. A nice aspect of the game boards is that they are double-sided and have different patterns on each side (as shown in the attached photos). Switching sides of the boards will require different strategies since the chess board patterned squares are randomly placed instead of having just the two straight columns in the center. The materials used for the game items are high quality and seem quite durable and should last a very long time. We have been quite pleased with the game overall and highly recommend it.
