Too fragile
Turning mechanism broke. Fortunately this was a day before hatching was expected so it did not cause any problems. Incubator can now only be used if the eggs are manually turned, which is not what I paid for. The breakage occurred after the returns period. Would like to return the item for a refund.

One week in and the turning wheel broke in two while on day 8
Day 8 heard the tray m9ve along then bang the wheel part shaped leaving it broken in half so now it doesn't turm

Doesn't work or keep temperature
Only the eggs on the inside rows of the machine get any heat. The outside rows are useless.Waste of money, wouldn't recommend.
