Excellent Source of power when you need it the most!
Hello and thank you for reading my review. You can see that I'm a confirmed buyer of this product from Amazon. For the longest time, I've been wanting a large battery thank can get me through what they commonly refer to as rolling brownouts which are planned electricity outages - but these can take hours. I have medicine that I must keep refrigerated at all times. This unit is massive in the power it can provide and support as you can see in the specifications. It can power my entire refrigerator and freezer if I want to, but I bought a mini fridge I can connect it to for the essentials. Aside from keeping some food fresh, I wanted to be able to connect my computer and phone so I can access the computer and use the phone's Internet. It's also great for long road trips, to just keep it in the back of the trunk just in case. It has a light that has different strobes of light on it. If you're going camping it's a great item to bring for some lights, electric cooking sets, watching movies on your laptop, or surfing the web if you have Internet via your phone. It can be used as a UPS for some important electric devices in case there is a sudden power outage if kept under a certain power threshold. However, I already own dedicated UPS systems for my computer and other important computer systems. I went with a huge 2000W unit, however, there are various sizes and options available. Another great feature is the ability to buy solar panels and recharge your unit. Harness the sun to make energy for you if you're out on an adventure, get stuck somewhere. Here is something I learned the hard way. If you're driving across the country, rent a SAT Phone for the week. There are tons of stretches of freeways, highways, or any other kind of surface where you will not get service, and that's a guarantee. This can power that SAT Phone or a HAM Radio if you're in a pinch. Once I got stuck in the middle of the Texas Desert in no man's land all by myself and had no phone signal. The flat was on the Uhaul I was trailing with a hitch. I finally made it out, but it was incredibly stressful. Needless to say, a unit like this can do wonders for you in many situations. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and have no regret in getting it whatsoever. This company provides great value. Some brands that are more well-known may charge you more simply because they have a larger marketing budget, but they're all the same. If you read the other reviews, you will see they're generally very positive. I almost don't want to leave home without it! Oh, I also purchased an electronic compressor for inflating my tires and this can help with that too. The solutions are endless and this is what our lives are dependent on in this day and age. I have an electronic car jumper also, and this can power/charge that if needed. Don't be the person that lands in a bad situation because you decided not to make a wise investment in a portable power station. Even if you don't get a 2000W version like me, be sure you get something! Thank you much.

Definite Buy!!!
Excellent, solid unit. Compact dimensions and much lighter than I was anticipating too. All of the controls were pretty self-explanatory and work as designed. The square shape makes for much easier packing and ability to move around in your car/truck unlike other popular power stations. The rubber corners makes for a mar free experience as things will get bumped around no matter how careful you try to be.It takes a quick charge (a few hours) via the nice long AC cord. The DC cord could be longer, but not sure if there are design limitations involved or not. This is probably the only negative, but I canât really fault Grecell for this since it might work perfectly fine for others.Down to the nitty gritty, I tested it with a household floor heater which drew about 300+ watts for a rough run-time of about 3 hours. Also ran a (gigantic) Iceco VL90 ProD (95 quarts!!!) on a recent trip to Death Valley. Donât be fooled though, it was freezing during our camp trip so I wasnât asking a lot from the fridge. At home testing (pic 1), it took about 2 days and 3 hours to run it down to zero. But, in real world though, I ran into a problem running it the way I did. I initially plugged the Grecell into the AC plug in the rear of my 2021 4Runner (pic 2). Unfortunately, this drew too much power and tripped the circuit protection and I wasnât charging the Grecell and the fridge soon ran the battery out. Again, not a Grecell problem, but an issue with how I had it wired. Once I figured this out and plugged the Grecell into the cigarette lighter plug (DC), it charged up quickly and ran the fridge over night no problems. All in all, itâs a great unit and works as advertised. No regrets and would buy again. Plus, at the price point when I bought it (Jan 2023) $470, itâs a no brainer. At roughly $0.50/watt hour itâs a steal compared to the established brands out there at closer to $1.00/watt hour or more.Next purchase will be solar panels to power it when the PG&E grid goes down.

Update..
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: og post and rant below. So it would not power my coffee maker, super bummer, however it did power my projector, iPad, and speaker all at the same time, 4 nights in a row without recharging. We also charged our phones and laptops daily during that time. We did purchase the solar panels and they worked amazing to recharge the battery. We were able to get them recharged to 42% in the day, however it was pretty cloudy and you could see how much it was chargingIn the sun v. When there was cloud cover. I think it would have fully charged if there was not clouds throughout the day. I have decided to keep it and see how it continues to work. Still wish I could get some decent coffee when camping, but I digress. This thing will charge our phones just fine. Was going to power a projector tonight for the kids but Iâm thinking they will be disappointed because this thing wonât even power up our coffee maker. Not sure how it was running a mini fridge for a whole night and TVâs for 7 hours when it canât even power up a cheap black n decker coffee maker. Turns on for roughly 2 seconds and then shuts off. Literally why I bought this thing and the solar panels it comes with. Will be returning đ
