Don’t buy any electronics product
Poeples , don’t buy any renewed products or fresh products from amazon, before they provide best services, but now it gone very worst, I bought one laptop and one desktop both are not working properly, and some it’s parts are missing, I tried many more times to return or replace my product , return is not available , and replacement process is too hard, still now the damaged product is along with me, I couldn’t take a replacement order.

APPEARS TO BE REFURBISHED JUNK
Received on 04/01/2024 found it as in the photos attached. There was no speakers, monitor cable screws missing, too many scratches and more over system didn't boot at all. I have requested for replacement and I was informed on phone that it will be picked up on 09/01/2024. I am waiting with fingers crossed.

There are some issues
Keyboard is very hard and just not usable. Wifi configuration is a problem, though connected, unable to access internet. Keeping fingers crossed - need to contact the seller and see if the keyboard can be replaced. OS is Win-11 Pro and MSoffice 2019 is activated - here I don't see any issues, at the moment.
