Lovely necklace and packaging.

Bought this for my mum’s Christmas. The quality was amazing and was dispatched very quickly even over the holiday season.The chain turned out to be too short so I contacted the company to ask for advice. I was told the personalised items can’t be returned but exchanging the chain would be happily done.I sent off the chain as requested, it didn’t arrive after 3 weeks, but the amazing staff sent out a complete new chain and attachments. I wasn’t expecting them to do the whole order.Again it was sent out really quickly after discussing the items hadn’t arrived. And the quality was still amazing.Would rate this’s higher if I could. Great workmanship and customer support.

This is a gift for great granddaughter, very nice, but thought l ordered it in silver!!!!, it came in the gold, so l have kept it anyway, to give to her it’s still pretty in the gold!!(we have anew little great granddaughter)This is a gift to our older great granddaughter so l didn’t want her to feel left out! so a gift for her as well!!!

Really loved this necklace with birthstone. Gift to both my daughters aged 14,18yrs in their Christmas socks. Both wearing them. Just to note the birth stone gem is not interlinked to the chain not a problem but just to be careful it doesn’t slip off the chain when not in use. Very well presented with after care, cleaning cloth and even a gifted chocolate sweet. Well done to the supplier and arrived well before the delivery date.
