Read a Canadian report some years ago that stated you should always take Q10, high dosage if possible, if you are taking statins. I take 300mg. It said they do not even provide statins unless Q10 are taken too. Long ago I asked my GP whether they recommended Q10 and she agreed they should be taken but the NHS doesn't fund them as they are too expensive. So I have bought them for many years now. Not medically qualified to comment on their efficacy, but I feel for me, its right.

I have been taking COQ10 for a year but from a different brand. I switched to this because it contains no harmful agents and has an impressive ingredient list. The capsules are easy to swallow and it combines the garlic and flaxseed well for absorption into the bloodstream. It does have a strong green appearance but that’s because of the kale and matcha tea additions.

I usually take co-enzyme q10 by itself but thought I would try these as they had the extra ingredients in them. I took them early morning around 6am and found that I wasn't sleeping very well in the evenings so have gone back to my usual ones
