Great Customer Service
Updated Post:I am giving this item and companies' customer service a 5 star. The company listen to my issue, provided a new bench immediately. The screws were correct and the bench looks great! I don't have a problem with items being wrong, it is how the company handles themselves that matters. I would order from this company over and over again.Old PostI loved this bench, until the screw came up and ruined the bottom. I used the "E" screws, and the didn't come up on the sides. I have reached out to the company for a solution. Waiting to hear back. Other than that, the bench is great and looks amazing. I was really disappointed this happened.

Great entryway bench!
So far so good. very sturdy and was easy to put together in about 40 minutes by myself. It looks great although you can see all the dog hair of course since it's black. I like that it came with little stoppers to put on the bottom of the legs.
