Honda Civic Sport Touring
I’ve only ever heard good things about this air intake & it precedes its reputation! I originally only hair a muffler & resonator delete so my car was already loud. Without saying this made the sound better and the performance is better. The quality is good, the price is great compared to other, and it adds some color under the hood. It was a also a quick installation and fits perfectly fine.

Great product!!!
Drastically improved acceleration on my 2017 Civic Sport. I have the CVT transmission and it still sounds great especially when doing a small pull off a stop light or something. Great growl sound and big whoosh when you let off the throttle at about 4000-5000 rpm’s

Installed into a 2016 Civic EX-L Sedan.
The media could not be loaded. Easy install. I did it with simple hand-tools and it took me about an hour and a half to install by myself. I never installed any intake before, so I’d say it’s super easy. The hardest part was literally taking off one bolt that held the old intake down, but it would’ve been easier if I had a longer ratchet extension. The motor looks cooler, sounds insanely better, and performs better. I instantly noticed the turbo is able to deliver boost a lot faster, almost instantly. Also the gas mileage is even better. This is a win-win upgrade.

Noticable torque and MPG
Does everything Id expect a high end CAI to do. Install was simple enough, worst part would be needing an extension to get to the 2 bolts for removing the old airbox.MAKE SURE to disconnect the negative battery terminal for a bit, this way the ECU needs to relearn and adjust to this or it'll throw codes.Driving definitively feels snappier on the throttle, power is there, and after week of driving my average MPG of 33-35 went to around 37-38. Could just be old filter was a bit dirty too when I saw it after. The sound is pretty great, could barley hear the turbo before, but now opening up the throttle it is loud and apparent. More of throaty motor noise too.As for value, its up to you if 10-12 hp/torque/better mpg is worth $300 to you.

2020 Honda Civic EX Coupe
Remove the original air intake, some of the screws and rubber grommets you will need to transfer to make the heat shield sit in solid. Once that is in, everything else should fall in place as long as you give it enough slack and adjust as you go. Ensure that you install the air sensor in the correct direction and install the given sponge bad thing between the plastics when you screw it in to ensure it being air tight. Before you start, remove your negative terminal from the battery so your car can reset and recognize the change. Might take up to an hour for sensors to come back so don't panic!

Adapter
I didnt get a mass airflow adapter to my 2018 civic sport. Everything else came as expected. But I cant run the intake without that piece.

Is there a way u guys can send a new adapter for the filter
Not so good parts looked used and the filter adapter didn’t fit at all through the heat shield or on the filter upset sence I can’t intall it

Works, but need to be in the high RPM range to see benefits
I have a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport CVT. I installed this CAI to complement other bolt-ins: a Magnaflow 19373 Cat-Back exhaust, Siri-Moto Flex-Fuel Kit and a JB4 Tuner. Idk how the CAI performs individually, but at 5k+ RPM, my car is roaring and pulls like beast. Couple this with the fact I have the JB4 tuner set to the max base map with 30% E85 and the fact the Civic is a super light compact car to begin with, all these things makes my car way zippier than stock. YMMV depending on your mods. Even if the HP gain from this CAI is negligible, it certainly enhances the sound of your engine and adds under-the-hood candy. An RV6 frontpipe/downpipe combo will further enhance my car’s sound and performance—that’s my next project! Bottom line: This K&N CAI works. GET ONE!
