I have my own bleach trays that were made at my dentist's office from upper and lower impression/molds. They cost a bit more but are a worthwhile investment if you are bleaching your teeth consistently, and they should last quite a long time (years). The Day White ACP 14% Hydrogen Peroxide 6-Pack Professional Tooth Whitening Gel is very easy, gentle and convenient. This particular gel only requires that you where your trays with the gel for about 30 minutes a day. At 14%, I would say it is gentle enough to allow you to keep the gel tray on for another 15 minutes or longer, if you want. This gel is effective if you use it consistently and frequently. By that I mean maybe every other day. I am not as sensitive to whitening gel as most people and can handle a higher percentage gel. What I will say is that this is a very good dose, at 14%, for those of you who are sensitive to whitening gel-- it really is gentle and you should not get any tingling or pain whatsoever. I also recommend buying Phillips brand gels. All around good product, and, as always, it is nice that Amazon is selling it--very convenient with built-in guarantees. Last thing, always tell your dentist what gels you are ordering and using, fyi, as they can usually help you figure out what percentage is best for you.

Phillips always makes good products in my opinion. It works pretty good for highlighting your teeth. This what my dentist sent home with me for touch ups.

I dont usually leave reviews but i was so satisfied with the results i had to post especially with all the uncertainty when it comes to teeth whitening products. This product mentions 30 minutes of use but I was leaving it on for 1-2 hours. With morning and night sessions for about 2 weeks every day. I think I did an aggressive treatment the initial first day where I used this product for multiple 30 minutes 4/5 times in a day. At first I didn’t think it was working but the results take time of a dedicated routine. Create a teeth mold and ensure you dont get any on the gums or it will burn. There is some teeth sensitivity especially leaving it on for hours but it subsides after a day or so and the results are insane. Check out the shade difference between the top and bottom set of teeth as I was only treating the top set of visible teeth but now I’m thinking they look too contrasting and need to start whitening the bottoms!

The relief gel was missing from the package.

During my last cleaning the dentist said some of my teeth were yellowing and not matching the porcelain cap I have on one of my front teeth, and suggested I do whitening. I have trays that my dentist made for me 10 or so years ago but no longer had the whitening goo. I read a lot of reviews and realize this was a more expensive product compared to others on Amazon, but I previously worked for Philips and know the amount of testing and quality/regulatory they go through for "medical" type products. I am not so sure all of the "no name" products out there (that are much cheaper) have the same level of rigor in meeting FDA regulatory requirements, so I went with this "name brand" since the chemical was going into my own mouth. I have now used three of the six syringes and get about 4 treatments per syringe. I leave them in for about 15 minutes while I am in the shower and drying off before removing the trays and brushing my teeth again. My wife noticed my teeth were visibly whiter (and even said so without prompting) and they now match the color of the porcelain cap I had done about 25 years ago. I am very happy with this product and would buy it again.

The day white is perfect and it has an expiration date a while out. But it did not come with the sensitivity relief gel. I don’t use the gel but false advertising that it says it comes with it and it did not.
