This item works better than you can imagine. It's built very sturdy and is certainly worth the money no questions asked.. it definitely gives you plenty of stability getting in and out of the hot tub.

I purchased one to instal on my spa for my vacation home and I totally love it,it is very sturdy and it looks great. I purchased another one for my permanent residence where I have another hot tub.I recommend this product good quality and quite affordable.

This thing is built like a tank, except for the base that "slips" under the tub. It's a bit thin and allows too much flex of the support bar, requiring one to bolt it to the spa, which brings us to the next problem...The bolt on supports are burly-- great-- but the top one is too high for my spa (as others have noted), so I needed to compensate with spacers to account for the fiberglass liner.And the light that is built into the handle-- well, seems pretty cool that it has a night sensor and detects motion. In reality whenever I move even just my head in the spa, it blinds me like an alien abduction. That feature is somewhere on the lawn at the moment.

Easy to assemble. Just need to push under hot tub while water is drained. Works like a charm is very helpful for getting in and out of tub. For those not 100% steady on their feet

This rail has given me a greater ability to get in and out of my spa. I now put less stress on my arms. Five months ago, I had a bad fall and cracked a bone in both elbows, so pushing myself up is not as easy as it once was. I now feel less stress in my arms.

These are very sturdy and we didn’t realize that they had a light on the end of them that are triggered by motion. We would highly recommend them.

Just what I needed to get in out of hot tub at 85 yrs old

Product gets the job done but you can’t attach the upper bracket unless you screw into the upper section of tub..also it does get in the way of the cover. If they had made the screw in bracket height adjustable it could have been used on any size tub.

Mi jacuzzi cuenta con una base de concreto y no se puede deslizar la estructura debajo, tuve que colocarla debajo de la escalera y enclarla en el piso, pero entonces la dirección del barandal no queda bien segura pues las perforaciones del tubo no coinciden.Mi sugerencia al fabricante es que realice perforaciones en el tubo para poder asegurar bien el pasamanos, para los que tengan un caso similar al mío.
