Works very well
This lock works very well. I have it mounted to the top of a very large metal framed wooden gate that incloses a private outside courtyard. To begin, choose the phone and phone # with email you would like to link an account. Then use that phone to log into app for the first time (fyi- there can only be one master admin account and if you use the same credentials to log into on another phone (like the wife’s), it logs out of the original phone that the account was signed into, in other words, you can’t have two phones sharing/account and both logged in at same time to same account.Download App, the TTLock (the QR code on lock and instructions link to a Chinese app- so that’s a bust!!) add your email/phone# and a passcode and verify account - good to go.Once you've registered/verified via email, your account is ready to "add a lock" you'll need to press the button (see photo) to activate the Bluetooth signal. This button is next to the batteries. To find this button remove lock cover add batteries and press the Bluetooth button (see photo) so the App can find lock. You will see a blue light on inside of lock case GLOW and the lock will be listed in the app to choose and connect. The app has a cool function that sends an “ekey” to other users via text or an email, example: wife or kids, so they can use phone app instead of a remote to open the lock.Like the remotes the phone also must be close to activate lock and unlock. The Lock will not work remotely on wifi unless you sign up for subscription plan (starts at $6 a month) and also purchase a needed hub separately for complete package. For the app to add other users separately other than the admin user—- in app under settings - Lock Users-you can choose if it’s a timed- permanent or recurring user, add info and they will get a code to download, and log into app under their credentials.Only ONE additional user can be requested this way, unless you upgrade and subscribe to a plan that allows other users to be sent a code. This lock can work with wifi, Amazon Alexa and Google Home and would notify you in the app when someone unlocks or locks the lock, however, the downside is you have to UPGRADE to a fee based membership and it also requires a hub that works with your network- yes bummer!!!Might want to also add: in the app under the “Customer Service” tab is a link to the user manual of lock, with some good info there.Overall is serves it’s purpose for me, allowing pool service and house manager able to enter through a closed courtyard gate at a vacation home, without me being home. I also have 2 extra remotes because my wife uses the app as an additional user.

Great product
installation was good build quality was good when you open and close the door it’s kind of noisy because it beeps kinda loud, the price is pretty cheap for what it is. Overall, it performs well and meets my expectations. The features are user-friendly, and the design is sleek, making it a nice addition to my home. However, I do wish the beeping sound was less intrusive, as it can be a bit startling at times. Despite this minor drawback, I would recommend it to others looking for an affordable option that doesn't compromise on quality.

Got this for my hidden door
I have this secret room in my house and I’ve been trying to find a great cool way to have a hidden lock system and I saw this and just had to buy it. I’m so glad I did. It is so easy. It comes with drill bit and screw driver bit so all you need is screw gun. Super easy to install. Just need four AA batteries. The remotes have batteries already and are pre programmed with the lock so it’s no set up to worry about. I tested it several times and works terrific

Invisible deadbolt lock works!
I was skeptical about this deadbolt but I was eager to try to create a keyless entry without revealing brands and type of lock for security reason. Item came physically pretty complete for the install. Screws, drill bit and driver bit. From the get go, key fobs work flawlessly. It provides its own app. for a remote smart phone to lock/unlock globally! However, paring the lock to the app. need explanation as it NEVER mention the tiny little switch in the unit that you have to push to pair. That takes 1/2 hours of investigation. Once paired, it's pretty straight forward. The aesthetic of the lock is so-so. A pig-tail stick out like a mad scientist project, and the chrome finish made it looks cheap. Like to reconcider that design. Overall works well and recommended.

No Backup battery option!!
I bought two of the Bluetooth version and returned them as soon as I received them! There is no 12V backup battery, and there isn't even space to install one yourself! Also, the app is not supported by the Play Store and does not give you permission to install it on your phone!

Highly recommended
One caution: It can be difficult to align some of the screws to their receiving holes, and I found out the screws strip easily if not properly aligned. I wound up having to get some replacements at a hardware store that were a bit longer. The product then went through fresh batteries in about 6 hours, leading me to wonder if the longer screws were scraping the back of the circuit board shorting something. If you get replacement screws be careful not to get some that are too long. Other than that, great product! Works great. Highly recommended.

Great remote lock
Great remote lock. Installing at all our stores. Manually lock after entering store in the morning to secure staff and then remote control to lock/unlock from behind counter when needed.

1. Remote access do doesn't work 2. Can be opened with a screwdriver
1. I bought this in hopes to have a door lock I can open remotely via a phone appUnfortunately this doesn't seem available on Android because its eems impossible to register an account because of their failed security protocols. It keeps giving you a screen to slide a box to complete the picture, but it doesn't work on Android, so you can never get past that screen. This is a serious drawback.2. What do you do if the batteries die while you're away? They provide a slot where by it can be opened with a screwdriver. But anyone and use a screedry.- so what's the point of the lock? You can choose to not drill a hole for the screwdriver, but then you're back to the problem of what of the batteries die? This should have key lock cylinder you can install to manually turn it instead of a screwdriver slot. Why doesn't it? Did they try to save money on that last step to make this complete? The only solution I can think up is to drill the screwdriver hole and then put a piece of take or patch over it. But so stupid, and insecure.I'm sorry, but this product fails it's intent.
