Great tool holder with included cutting inserts.
These lathe turning and boring bar tools are well made and a great value. The cutting inserts have multiple cutting edges and fit perfectly in their respective tool holder. The included insert locking wrenches also have a molded thumb-and-finger tab enabling ease of changing the tool holder inserts. A well made addition to small lathe fabrication needs.

Durability and precision.
I was looking for more durable cutting tools and these work well.

Great quality at a good price
My only complaint is that there aren’t any right side cutting bit holders in the set.

Every machinist needs this small boring set.
I have spent hours hand grinding high speed steel to make boring bars the old fashion way. All ready made bars with replaceable cutting edges is well worth it. Replacing the sharp inserts is faster than removing the high speed steel boring bar to sharpen or regrind then try to continue the cut and maintain the dimension.

too flexible
These are 10mm, NOT 3/8" Not really 10mm either, for all it matters. Boring bars won't fit in 3/8" round holders. The inserts cut OK (just OK). Not terrible, but not great. The cutting height is inconsistent-varies about 0.5mm between some of the bits so if you use a fixed toolpost, several different shimming schemes will be needed. If you use the flats to mount the boring bars in a 'square' holder, the bit ends up twisted several degrees from a proper horizontal (different with each bit). The boring bars flex a lot. I could get over 2mm flex with moderate extension-more fully extended. The steel is just too soft. I have a 1/4" steel boring bar that flexes substantially less at full extension (I think it's Kyocera or Sandvik).Yeah, they're cheap. They cut. You could do better for not a lot more, or way better for a lot more. I'd recommend passing on these.

Good and Bad
The part that's good is the holders are accurately machined for a good fit and the inserts are very sharp. I can get a good surface finish even with .001" finishing cuts. But there are some flaws with this set that really diminish its usefulness. There are no left hand bits, so no way to turn the rim of a disc, or face toward the centerline. The external threading tool is biased so you can thread to a shoulder, but it is so much easier and safer to thread in reverse away from the chuck with the tool upside down, and for that you need a bit biased the other way.The boring bar has only .75" of relief so you can not bore any deeper without either grinding relief along the bar or angling it in the toolpost to provide the relief, which substantially increases the minimum bore size. The internal threading tool had the same issue, but of course you can't angle it because the insert is square to the axis of the bar. This insert is very small: the maximum thread pitch is about 14 TPI (1.75mm) and the minimum diameter the bar will fit inside is about 5/8" (16mm) so there is absolutely no standard nut you can thread with this tool. The external threading tool is a bit bigger and could go to 8 TPI (3mm), which is still not great. All in all, I'm disappointed in the set and expect I'll only use a couple of the tools to any extent, so what seemed like a low price is certainly not, at least for my use cases.
