Excellent Dash Cam – Worth Every Penny!
I recently purchased this dash cam for my car, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The video quality is clear, both during the day and at night, which gives me peace of mind knowing everything is being recorded in detail. Installation was simple and straightforward, and the compact design doesn’t obstruct my view while driving.One of the features I love most is the loop recording and motion detection—it starts recording as soon as any movement is detected.Overall, this dash cam offers reliable performance, high-quality footage, and great value for the price. Good Dash camera. But a little pricey compared to others.
This is a nice dash cam. Very user friendly and easy to use. Just plug and play type. Installation is easy as well. The app was easy to use and the recording and video clarity is great. However, I do have a few issues.1. It list the 24 hour detection parking mode. But this requires a hardwire kit to keep continuous power to the dash cam. The details here on Amazon doesn’t state that unless you read the manual inside the box.2. Price, It list at $ 209.99. But then it says its $145 but then there’s an option to pay $109 with some Amazon coupon. Then the next day, its now at 48% off which is now $109.99. Why all the price changes?3. Features. Upon searching other comparable dash cams, I found a few with the same features at a lesser price.4. No mini SD card. Other dash cams comes with SD cards. This doesn’t.5. I just found another similar dash cam at $69.99 with the same features. Plus has a 64GB SD card with a card reader and data cable.I've been testing this out for a few days now. Its good. But still deciding if I should keep this just due to the price.UPDATE (2/23/2024): Since I bought this product around Dec 2023 and used it during a road trip, it worked great. I never used it again after our road trip. Now we are going on another road trip and I plugged the dash cam cord into the dash cam, the plug was loose and it fell apart when I unplugged it. I sent a message to Cooau Customer service and waiting for a response.Updated (2/25/2024): Cooau Customer service got back to me really fast. They took care of my issue and made it right. Customer service from this company is great! Thank you Cooau Customer service for fixing and resolving the issue.

Great Customer Service for a great product.
The cam is great. Easy to setup and use. I take it with me for rental cars. I like the extra security that you hope you will never need. The customer service is fantastic. They are very friendly. My camera developed a bad connection at the charging port. It took only 1 email, and they sent me a replacement, for free. That was after almost 1 year of use. You can't find that level of customer service these days.

Good customer service!
I had troubles with my first unit it only lasted for about two weeks. I contacted the company and was sent another camera immediately. I sent back the old unit. Now they want me to give them a positive review pestering me via email. This is been an all-around pretty good experience with them. I must’ve received a defective unit. After researchingThere has been a lot of other people with a similar problem. For the most part the camera has good picture quality on the front and back facing cameras. I haven’t got down to find out how to save a particular moment in time. For instance if you got pulled over how do you save that footage have no idea. I just need to put some more time into researching how the camera works and how you save video from the camera to your phone. I’m sure it will work out in time as I get a little more familiar with it. I’m going to practice saving some moments in time just in case I get pulled over or get in an accident I know how to save the footage quickly and easily under stress.Quick review the company took care of me and we’re very responsible but I don’t like that they pester for a good review. When the product is clearly a problem with many people not just me. Sounds like if you get a good camera it lasts for a long time and people have a good experience. So if this happens to you just return the defective camera in hopes of receiving a quality piece of equipment. It’s not that expensive to really take the risk. Especially if customer service is willing to take care of the problem.February 24, 2022 update the past several weeks when I had the camera turned off it will automatically turn on all by itself. I have all the settings that would turn the unit on by itself turned off there’s no reason the camera should turn on automatically! This thing is tall garbage!!! Also this camera does not Bluetooth to my phone like the first one did.
