On March 2 2024, I posted the following review regarding the GARTOL Pruner that I now want to withdraw and delete:“This products sucks. Delivered to me on Jan. 15th. Used it four times. And on the fourth time it stopped working. Something inside the pruner pole broke. No longer able to cut. PLEASE don’t waste your money. Unfortunately, past the 30-day window to return without a hassle.” And I gave them a rating of one star.I subsequently contacted the product company/manufacturer and explained the problem with the pruner. The company immediately apologized, assured me that customer satisfaction is their top priority, and even though it was past the timeframe to return the product with no questions asked, they sent me a replacement pruner that works perfectly. And if I had any questions or issues in the future, to please let them know. I am confident if I have any future issues with the pruner, or any of the GARTOL products, they will respond to fix it no matter what it takes. They have earned my new rating of five stars. Good things this product doesn't advertise well:- If you hold down on the handle after clipping the fruit, it will hold onto it and you can lower it back down to the ground before releasing it.- It is sharp enough to prune small branches on trees.- Unlike some competitor products it only has one extension zone. This means that the diameter of the metal pole doesn't get very small at the end (which can cause it to be weak and break). This design is stronger than some of the previous pickers I purchased.

I bought this shorter, adjustable trimmer for projects that can't be handled by my longer (and more unwieldly) trimmer.It's solidly constructed. Very sharp. Light weight. Easy to use. Good telescoping length choices. It locks into place easily and doesn't slip. The grip and comfort are just right. I couldn't be more pleased.

ok first what is not good, the grip is a little tight so after a while the handles are felt into your hands (palms and fingers) the developers could make the grip with some sort of padding, aside from that I haven't had the shears long enough to test for durability of the blade and the stability of the pivot joint, the spring looks like it will rust over time because it is a coil not a real spring, ok so that is the bad stuff not really bad the good things are that it is more comfortable than those similar that they sell at the local store, you know those three big stores for home improvement, the blade is very sharp but I don't know if it will stand up against a year, haven't had it that long, but it is capable of cutting up to one inch, the item is very safe because it actually has a safety that you can press so that if you place it into your pocket you don't have to worry about accidentally cutting yourself, the shears look very sleek and when cutting it feels comfortable with ease when you squeeze the handles, as of this writing this is a great product but take breaks so you don't tire your hand, but this is not a limitation of the product, it is just sound advice, the spring or coil response is very tight and comes back for quick succession of clipping, made for both small and large hands which is a plus and the box looks expensive and it actually comes with some thin gloves, I would definitely get this again especially for the 2019 price

I'm sure she loved them, quality graphic design and quality over 2 piece products with rubber/wood handles is superior in my opinion
