I bought this to put in my little studio shed that I use for my candle shop. It heats the shop quickly and is so quiet. Now that it is warming up I have switched to air and it works great for cooling it down rather quickly. I love this!

I'm a licensed hvac contractor with years of installing mini splits from many brands , this unit installed quickly and performed perfectly.You will need someone that can vacuum the system to remove moisture from the lines (air)For the price it's exceeded my expectations greatly.

Update Oct 2023So we have used this three times now, camping! In our camper/horse trailer.Wow, oh wow. Quiet, quiet, so much more efficient and productive than we expected. We have the 9000BTU model. We just totally blown away at the operation.In August, we used it powered by our small 2000 Predator. I told the wife, "when the generator stops, I'll go add gas so we can be comfortable most of the night."About 12 hours later I finally added fuel. Between this A/C eco mode, and the Predator eco mode, the generator purred all night, the A/C silently kept us at 68 degrees here in South Carolina.Everything I said about terrible tech support and instructions still stand. But the system is HIGHLY recommended!I would not recommend buying this just because the installation instructions are feeble and there is NO tech support.The wiring schematic is so small I had to get a magnifying unit to read it. Then I discovered the schematic is not US standard and makes no sense. Buying an item to install without having a phone number for tech support is a lesson learned.Update 11Jul23: So, I have had some response. The big issue was the bonkers wiring schematic. They finally sent one that made sense. The installation manual comment "Use appropriate size wiring" with a comment about 30 amp breaker caused me to get heavier wiring at the hardware store. Of course I could not buy 15 feet, but rather 25 feet and 50 feet. About $140. After I wired the outside unit and mounted it, I was ready to start the inside unit. What did I find that was not mentioned in the installation manual? WIRING WAS provided!! What a bite. The company needs to replace their manual writing head of department. It is a failure.Now the good news. I have two Predator 2000 generators with the syncing wiring to run this 9000 btu ac. I should or could have bought a bigger ac unit. One of my generators not only had no trouble powering this 9000 btu unit, just for kicks, I powered up both this 9000 btu and the old 5000 but unit with no problem. This ac unit was VERY quiet, and economical. I filled up the generator with fuel about 2100 hrs when we went to sleep in the camper, and told the wife to be prepared to open windows when the generator ran out of fuel sometime in the night. Nope. The next morning the two "eco" modes on this ac unit, and on the Predator were idling along, quietly and cooly.So, this 9000 btu unit seems to be a winner, in spite of the really bad installation instructions and the total marginal support.

Had the unit installed within about 1 hour of receiving final box. It wont all come at one time so be patient. The outside unit will arrive sooner. Then a couple days later the inside unit kit arrives. Simple to install, i got the 12k btu 115v kit. My home downstairs went from 74 to 68 with it being 84 outside. Impressed so far!

Great for boat use. Just choose a location for outside unit that protects it. We got creative. Our first innovair unit is still going strong after 3 years salty environment. This rovsun will be just fine its blowing super cold.

Seemed a little sketchy at first it was a two-part delivery a week away from each other at least that's what it felt like but customer service assured me everything was okay with the shipment and after a day or so the next package arrived everything assembled correctly instructions were fantastic I am very pleased with the product.
