I had high hopes this pain cream would work, unfortunately it did not for me. I used the cream as recommended for more than 2 weeks. I did not get any relief for my plantar fasciitis heel pain at all. Per Zax's money back guarantee I attempted to return the product since I couldn't return it via Amazon, I realized it could cost almost $15 to ship it back to Canada, so my net refund would only be about $4 - which I decided was not worth the effort. When I was using the cream, the heel pain felt like it was more intense, then after I stopped using the cream, the pain subsided. II will not be buying it in the future.

I have been having a lot of pain in my heel when I walk, and I'm an overnight stocker at Walmart so I walk a lot. So, one of my friends told me it was probably a heel spur, So I talked to my doctor about it, and he told me to dig deep in my closet and put some heels on and walk around in them, I just laughed at him. So, I went to Amazon to see what I could find, and I found this cream and thought well even if it doesn't work it's only 20 dollars. So, I put it on right before I went to work and by the time, I started work the pain was gone. which was about 30 minutes. I take the cream with me to work because about 6 hours later the pain starts to come back, but then I put some more on, and I can finish my shift. I love this cream and will continue to buy until I can get a doctor to look at my foot.

I’ve had a heel spur for years . It had been excruciating to walk lately. I have tried everything but I’m tired of taking Advil-Aleve-Tylenol On a daily basis . I’ve used heel cups and this has actually worked for me ! I have no idea how but it works ! I can walk around now it has relieved about 85% of my heel pain in both feet . I just ordered 2 more because I’m afraid to be without it now. I put it on my heels at night before I go to bed and just put socks on after the cream and again after I shower in the morning . I so happy i took a chance on this but I was in desperate need of some relief from the pain: I would definitely recommend this product. I’m guessing it won’t work the same for everyone but for me it worked and I am so grateful .
