Makes excellent cupcakes
I’ve only made cupcakes with this flour so far, but they came out light and fluffy just as if I’d used all purpose flour. I haven’t used this for any other recipe, so I can’t speak to its versatility.

Not bad for 2 net carbs
I decided to try this after buying another brand of keto wheat flour for a while. The flavor and baked goods are not as much like real flour as King Arthur brand but I did make the pizza dough recipe on the Impact bag as well as trying the dinner rolls twice. The pizza crust was ok, not as good as King Arthur but I would make it again. The first time I made the dinner rolls I tried to stiffen the dough by adding more flour at the beginning of kneading and the rolls turned out kind of dense. When I made them the second time I kneaded it for 3 minutes with a silicone spatula then for the final minute I sprinkled on just the bare minimum flour to make it carefully workable by hand. The rolls took the entire 25 minutes to cook through but they turned out tender and tasty.I will buy this brand again.

Repulsive
I am a professional baker & this is the most repulsive tasting keto ingredient I have gagged on. Do not waste your money. They conveniently do not accept returns so I am filing with my credit card to get my money back. You’d be better off shredding cardboard in its place. It’s THAT bad.The photo is my beautiful Keto glazed lemon daisy bread that I bake professionally & it’s going straight into the garbage. The appearance is strictly my hard work, the end result is not edible. Waste of my precious time & money.

Tasty, made a very nice quick bread and also cornbread
This flour smelled nice and fresh when I opened the package, with a slight hint of a nutty scent about it. I used it first to make a quick bread with baking power. Then next, I mixed a cup of this flour mix with a cup of cornmeal to make cornbread. Both came out tasty, both rose very nicely. Very pleased with the results in terms of baking and taste, though I can't say much about the ketos and all that. And mixing it with cornmeal probably erased any low carb benefits.Later this week I will try it in yeast bread and see if it will rise as well as with regular wheat flour. The package info says it contains gluten, which should make it rise nicely will yeast in a bread maker. We will see (I will report back).Gluten intolerant people need to be aware, but then just the fact this is a wheat product should warn them, but apparently there is added wheat gluten. It also contains soy, so those who can't or chose not to eat soy, be aware. It's costly at $15 for a pound and a half, compared to the cost of organic whole wheat flour ($11 for 5 pounds of my favorite organic bread flour for example). It does not come in a resealable package, which is not really a problem, just means it's best to store in another container. I keep all my flours in the fridge and have done so with this to keep it fresh.I like that the package had some recipes on it.

Great for baking
I love to bake, however, I was looking for a lower calorie alternative and this worked great. The taste was fine. Tasted like a normal cookie as well. The value for money was ok. I wish it was a little cheaper but it’s not awful. The texture of the flour was a little different than a normal cookie, but it wasn’t bad. And obviously it was easy to bake with.

Expired!
Just got this yesterday and was really looking forward to trying out a recipe today. But when I opened it this morning I was so disappointed to see it had expired 2 months ago!
