Had some programming trouble and the unit failed after installed and 80% programmed, customer service helped isolate fault to panel and is sending new item

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE: Once I fixed the vfd the setup was very easy. The booklet had a cheat sheet that made setting the parameters very easy. The spindle runs like a charm and has a ton of speed and torque.I purchased a "like new" used option for this spindle and vfd. I received a like new spindle and a vfd with dented capacitors. I decided to keep them and replace the capacitors myself because the price was nearly 50 percent off and the capacitors are 13$.

Nice spindle, very quiet. Vfd was very intuitive and works very well using the parameter in the description. Very happy with the setup. Leaving four starts because I did not receive the mating 4prong plug with this kit. It is not a common type and I couldn't find one for sale. Ended up pulling the cover and soldering in a new connector.

Works greatvery quietcooled enough with only airbut very important thing you need shielded cable otherwise you will get a lot of EMIAnd I guess you need to ground as well (I'm trying to figure how that)don't forget to buy ER11 Collet SetTo answer questions about the dimensionsarrived to me and it's 65 mm as shown in photoGood luckMusaed

My return window was July 26. Today is literally July 27 so I’m screwed here. I hope the seller reaches out and makes this situation fair. First project with this spindle and VFD. Unit just died while cutting machining and my y stage servo overload current spike caused my machine to stop. Smoke from VFD WTF!

No me gusta el sistema de poner cable, deberá ser de atornillar ya que para soldar se necesita mucho calor y no se sabe si quede bien soldado, en mejor de atornillar
