Q: Loved my 10 gal until the spinner stopped spinning. Tried to follow the manual suggestions but no diagram naming parts. How do I fix it?

i have the 16 lb washer but may have a similar issue well ive had this problem only 2x and both times it was caused by me turning up the faucet too high when hooking the hose to the spin tub side, to solve this i would just disconnect the hose and with low pressure rinse the clothes out while holding the water hose over the clothes before putting the spinner lid on. this is just what went wrong for me, i had a neighbor who told me that he would lift the lid of his washer and unplug it for an hour to let the machine air dry, he had a 17 lb washer. somehow if water gets in the wrong area which apparently is possible then the spinner stops which both of us have found odd but usually the washer just got water on something it should not and it needs to dry out somewhat however his wasn't rovsun it was a different brand but had both the washer tub and spin dryer attached too and his spin dryer would stall out too so some fixes are to not rinse out in the spin tub, to remove the hose and slowly rinse overhead with the lid up or just be careful where water goes inside the machine with much lower water pressure

Q: Is it necessary to spin the clothes after washing? Can you wash, drain, rinse, and then spin?

I do the wash cycle, then drain, then refill and run the cycle again, then drain and then move clothes over to the spin.

Q: Wash capacity of 5.6 lbs dry clothes or wet clothes ?

Clothes come out almost dry best to ring it before u put in the dryer side , and just hang after for about 10 -15 mins and your good . Saved us from going to coin laundry spot

It is a norlan outlet with 3 outputs of 110.
