I know it's easier to go for cheaper products these days....but if you are in it for quality, try this product. My ASD daughter frequently misses sleep, but has been sleeping better for this product. This pill is about the size of a dime. While it is not quick dissolve and requires water/liquid to take this, I highly recommend this product. It has been both a life and sanity saver .

Works every time

Ive been taking these for years. Help me go back to sleep if I wake up in the night but these are expensive now. About twice what they usually are. I can buy them in my local market for less than $10 so will do that

I have taken melatonin before and it often helps me get to sleep but not stay asleep.This product has 2 layers - a quick release and a later release. Each layer is 2.5mg for a total of 5mg. The dose is fairly low so you may require 2 tablets.

This product works well throughout the night. It's easy to swallow and smells and tastes a bit fruity. No problems with being able to swallow the pill before it dissolves. I have used this product for years and the strength always seems consistent.
