The only thing I ended up being able to use was the intake gasket lol. The carburetor has a larger slide than the stock XR100R carb, so it's not an exact clone. It does work, but not very well. If you use your original intake manifold boot, it will mount fine. The red anodized manifold that comes with this kit didn't work on the XR100R, the stock one has a bend, whereas this one is longer and straight. So when trying to mount this one, the carburetor hits the frame of the bike and it cannot be mounted. The bolt holes in the aluminum manifold also weren't aligned properly, so bolts couldn't even fit and mount correctly. The throttle cable was also way too long for the bike, I wasn't able to use the air filter, the throttle housing was junk quality, and the machining inside the carburetor was horrible. Lots of drill marks, bad machining, and burrs. Overall I would NOT suggest this kit. As really the only usable item was the new intake gasket. LOL. So long story short, don't buy this for the XR100R. Unless you wanna pay 35 bucks for an intake gasket. Or if you're using an XR100R engine in a go-kart, then more of this kit would probably work for you.

Just get it. It works perfect for my xr100. Don't need to get "Oem" parts everytime. If seen $300 repairs fail but this $30 repair is working good. If it doesn't work well you only spent $30. If it does work then hek yeah! You only spent $30 awesome

If your carb isn't broken rebuild it. Not much to them if you can remove it you can rebuild it.Your original is better than these.Gas has to much ethanol and clogs the idle circuit.
