I use a heat bad for my ball python heat taped underneath and this thing is still in excellent shape I bought it back in January

It’s what I needed my ball python hasn’t tried to break out. So yeah no complaints.

I do like the cage but it has some flaws. Firstly, the doors don't lock very well. The little piece that gets pushed up when you lock it doesn't always line up with the glass so the glass will still open. Secondly, the top metal cover started warping, it broke off from the plastic and started caving in. My snake could very easily escape so now I'm gonna have to get a new tank.

This looks super nice built, but the sliding doors do not slide properly and cause one side of the glass to fall out. And I followed the instructions/video provided. My first tank came with the glass broken and the shipping another out fast! All though it came damaged as well. The top screen was was cracked and missing buttons. Package seemed to be already opened before I received. Only reason I kept this was because my snake needed it asap! As we had to keep him in a stored box because the first was broken. I only give this 4 stars because it looks nice. It was way to expensive to be so faultyUpdate one of the sliding doors will not slide the glass just fall off so we can’t use that side at all! Makes it really inconvenient
