I purchased this to perform a Wedding Ceremony. I was surprised at the quality of this Clery men Robe and lapel banner. They call it "costume" in the description but it really is a nice quality Set.. I love the gold cross marking on the lapel they look really good. I see no tears or runs in the stitching. It is sewn well. I am 5'5" and bought #48 (for height of 5'3'-5'5"). It fits good with the length going a little past my knee. It is not tight at all. Think Judges Robe. It looks like a Robe that a Judge/ Priest/ Minister would use. When I opened the package the Robe was wrinkled from shipping in the plastic packaging, so I popped it in the dryer for a few minutes. When I took it out of the dryer it looked like I had ironed it. I think it is a great buy.

A little smug but it works

I was getting licensed as a minister and was informed at the last minute that I needed a robe. This was perfect! It arrived within a day or so. I’m 5.1 and it fit fine! The only drawback is that the stole did not stay in place. I’m going to have to add Velcro. Otherwise, lightweight, breathable… not binding when you have your “Jesus” moment while preaching. ;)
