I've been using this headset everyday for the last few months. The audio and mic quality is insanely good, especially for the price. The 7.1 surround sound is a great feature and I use it a lot when I play games. It fits well over my ears and it is really lightweight, so long hours of gaming or working won't leave you with discomfort. The headset is mainly plastic but it remains pretty durable. The cord length isn't anything crazy but when you plug the 3.5mm cable into the 7.1 surround sound control adapter that comes with the headset, you'll have all the cable length you will ever need. The headset works extremely well and I would definitely recommend you pick it up.

most people should know that remote work headsets are the cheapest their company will provide. but i know for a fact that most Gaming headsets work far better. after my Kraken X3 expired i went searching for a new headset, i've already gotten a Ffine mic and mixer from there, and this headset has made work even better. highly recommend

The sound is great and the headset worked well before it started randomly just turning off the sound making me unable to adjust the sound because it would go back to 0. Great value for money but it's not very durable.I like the design and color of the headset.

These headphones worked great for about two months before I ran into an issue regarding one of the speakers. I was able to reach out to customer service and talk with someone about this issue. Rosie did amazing with helping me troubleshoot, and ultimately helping with sending a replacement that works with great audio quality. The customer service is top notch and Rosie needs a raise!The mic is still really crisp and the sound sounds pretty well for the price. Thank you again Rosie.

I’ve had these headphones for almost a year now for my xbox and now for my pc, and they work so amazingly. The quality of the sound is so crispy, listening to music makes it so nice. The cord length without the usb is alright, but with it makes it so much longer. Will be buying more from this company in the future 100%

Loved these headphones for sound quality, the surround sound was great. Actually a really great sounding mic had no problems picking up and I liked the bend ability for positioning. Only down side- and why I am returning them. They are not glasses friendly. When you put them on they feel amazing very nice about an hour or so in very bad headaches. I think it is how they equalize in distribution of weight. I tried adjusting the head part nothing helped. Tried the next day again. Once again the headache came. So sadly I will return them. Other wise I had no complaints very comfortable and sound and mic was great especially for price better than a lot on market.

Works well! Purchased these to work from home due to a software changeover needing a USB connection. Very comfortable, and the sound is nice and clear. I was able to snugly attach a pair of adorable silicone WeThinkeer Cat Ear attachments. I also really like the removable mic and cord length.

Brought these April 3rd 2025.It's May 19th 2025. My headphones are now messing up and no one can hear me talking. I'm buzzing and going in and out of of talking.They shouldn't break that easy with the amount of care I give them. Extremely disappointed that it's inner connection issue this early.Update May 23 2025Seller contacted me and fully understand the issue and offer me a chance to fix their mistakes. 10/10 customer service
