I've tried just about everything. This is my fav! Works great for muscle cramps. Headaches! And of course pain. It's very clean, non sticky, and SMOOTH! I subscribe to the gallon!

It has a moderately cool and soft texture without burning.

This gel has a pretty strong menthol scent... It has a cooling affect that feels good and relieves muscle soreness and aches almost immediately . The pump is nice and large that makes dispensing quick, easy and mess free. There is a lot in this gallon that should last me quite some time. Overall great for the cost!! Recommend ❣️

I was sent this 1 gallon of pain, relief gel and of course I fell out laughing. I mean this is a huge size container of pain relief, but let me tell you it is much needed and gratefully excepted! I think that this would be perfect for somewhere like a doctors office or maybe a physical therapist or even a massage therapist, however, I can find many ways to use it as my house. There’s three of us that live in the house, and we all need a pain relief gel for some reason so I have cups that I filled up for everybody and also some of my old The Relativez I joked and told my mom I’m gonna put everybody’s pain relief gel in sandwich, size Ziploc bags and that’ll be there’s stocking stuffers for Christmas. All joking aside this actually works very very well for the muscles in my back arm and thighs so if you were in need for something like this, I would definitely recommend it.

The Stopain Pain Relief Gel is a clear, thin liquid that spreads easily and rubs in well. The gel has a pretty strong scent, though not unpleasant, and has the typical muscle rub burn after you rub it in. If you don't wash your hands well after application, your hands will feel that burn for a very long time. The gel is fast acting and long lasting as it claims. I applied it and started to feel the burn within a few seconds and that sensation continued for hours after application. I feel like it worked well to stop muscle pain in my back, but when it came to the pain in my elbow, which could be more arthritic, it seemed more like it was masking the pain with the strong burning sensation than actually stopping it. It was like the burn acted as a distraction, but the pain remained. Perhaps over time I will see an improvement in that pain from using this product but so far, I have not. The pump worked great, and I was able to control how much I dispensed as I pumped. I also appreciate that this product is made in the USA.

I purchased this because of the good reviews. Overall, I tend to agree because it does seem to be helping my arthritic knee if applied several times a day. The large bottle with its excellent pump makes that easy to do - I store the bottle right inside my shower stall so that I can easily bring it in and out which encourages me to use it. A few other hints that I discovered along the way may also be helpful for you so I’ve included them below:1) The gel has a strong scent that is difficult to get off your hands so I now apply with cotton ball. The scent however on my knee dissipates pretty quickly (and is so far from my nose) that I don’t notice it as much.2). Due to the alcohol content, the gel tends to be very drying to the skin especially on the hands so the cotton ball helps with that also. Applying an unscented lotion/cream afterwards help too.
