I have tried several mounts on the market for my CarPlay screen, this works the best, it has two holders to hold it, double secured. Vey sturdy and flexible. Highly recommend

I love the clamp because it's deep enough to hold my 1.25" thick carplay tablet. But I don't like how the bracket connects to the dash or windshield. I had previously purchased a different one a couple of days before but the clamp wasn't deep enough and wouldn't hold my carplay tablet. It connected by way of the cd player slot. Since I never used the cd player anyways, I thought it would be perfect. That part worked great but the clamp was too narrow to hold the carplay tablet. So what to do? I decided to keep the other one and to purchase this one also. Upon receiving this one, I took the clamp and connected it to the previous cd slot bracket connector. It was exactly the same size ball connector and worked perfectly. So I used the clamp from this company in combination with the cd slot bracket from the other company and now have the perfect carplay holder for my Sprinter Van. Yes, I paid double but its the only way it would worked for my vehicle. They should consider a cd slot attachment bracket also. Who knows, maybe I'll use the remaining parts on another vehicle.

It might work for a car, but not big truck. I had high hopes that it was going to last but the little plastic roller ball just couldn't take it anymore like all the rest they snap right the base of the tablet plate. I guess I'm just going to have to put out the big bucks for something that's made out of metal or aluminum hope this helps not make for a semi truck can't handle it the road

Bought several for work vans about 3 months ago, small issues of some of them not having the mounting pad in the box due to a change they'd made in packaging, their customer service made it right for me right away though and got us take care of. Recently one of the pieces broke and right away customer service said they would send a replacement piece. So far VERY happy with this purchase, it was the ONLY vehicle tablet holder that I could find that had deep holders to accommodate the thick rugged cases I need to have on my techs tablets.

The mount for my backup camera broke and the manufacturer didn't sell just the mount without the monitor, so I resorted to trying this out.Although the grips are on the thick side, its better than too thin to grasp the monitor properly. And it holds the monitor very securely in any position I want now, thanks to its long and stiff adjustable arm. I wish I had this in the 1st place, and for me, works better than the OEM mount.Overall a great product that does exactly what I needed it to do!
