I absolutely love this IOTXY bookshelf! It gets a full 5 stars from me. Here's why:The color is exactly as pictured! I wasn't sure online, but the green perfectly matches the classic Tiffany & Co. green. It's a vibrant and cheerful pop of color for my office. I admit, seeing over 80 pieces of hardware and more than 14 pieces was a bit daunting at first. But then I found the numbering system on the pieces, and it was a breeze! Putting it together felt like following clear Lego instructions. The quality of the materials is impressive. It feels very well-made and looks fantastic. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with this purchase. It's stylish, functional, and surprisingly easy to assemble. It's a great way to add storage and personality to any space. Highly recommend!

The directions aren't hard to follow, but it would be a LOT easier if they had some words because there's a couple parts I got stuck on assembling with only pictures to follow. When put together it's really nice and holds even heavier books without issues.The screws for the drawer are really strange and didn't hold it right. I had to super glue it instead.

After reading other reviews I was nervous to assemble this but it was pretty easy, took me about 90 minutes and I did the screws by hand because I didn't want to mess it up by using a screw gun and getting over zealous. Although the instructions tell you to just partly screw the screws in as you go, with the step by step it is totally ok to screw them in tightly as you go. I got the blue one and it is beautiful, no flaws, I love it. The drawer is a little bit loose but like someone else said, I think with some glue around the posts that are on the front plate of it, that it will be nice and last me for many years. Someone else mentioned that they put felt on the underside I think so i will do that too for a smooth opening. This is a cute item, I would buy it again!

I wish I could give this a higher rating.Pros:- Not normal particle board material which protects from scratches/scuffs- Sturdy- PrettyCons:- Directions are hard to understand (Thankfully I put together a lot of furniture so I was able to figure it out).- Shelves are not adjustableOverall, it does what it is meant to do and looks nice and is sturdy which is great. If none of these I've mentioned are a problem for you, then it is a great piece. I however need the adjustable shelves or two more units for my plan/uses in my home office.I personally couldn't rate this higher, but I think this would be perfect for a kid's room.

This item is very nicely made and was very easy to put together. the instructions were easy to follow... There are a lot of screws - so having a powered screwdriver of some kind will make this task much faster. This isn't real wood (FYI) but I think it's an MDF with a (actaully very nice) cleaf film around it. The finish mis matte and meant to resemble a pine (I think). If you are looking for a budget storage solution, but actually care about the design, I think this is a great option for you. My only negative comment are the fasteners that they use to hold the drawer front onto the drawer... they don't really hold it super tight... and so it's a little wonky. I think I may just add a bit of a strong adhesive to glue the drawer front to the drawer. Either way - I'm very happy with my purchase. :-)

I got one of these shelves and it was just fine but this second one i got is terrible! The holes aren't lining up properly. Nothing is level. I'm now using screws that didn't come with the shelf to put it together because the flat head screws it comes with won't cut through the wood when it doesn't line up.

For the price, I really didn't expect the quality. Once assembled, this bookcase with a drawer looks better than the photos. The finish has a faux woodgrain that is subtle, and it looks realistic. the pressboard feels heavy duty and seams very sturdy. It fits in perfectly in the place I pictured it.For those who are assembly-impaired, it might be a bit too much of a puzzle. However, I enjoy the challenge! There were plenty of pieces of each hardware, with a couple of extra. A few of the wood pieces were not numbered, so doing a careful inventory of what was in the box and comparing the unnumbered pieces to what was pictured was key. I also laid out the pieces in numerical order. After that, it went well and according to the directions, which were excellent.

Alot smaller than I expected, especially for the price paid. Did not take too long to build.
