not as heavy as I would have liked originally but great customer service ...
Eh, not as heavy as I would have liked since it tends to move around a bit when putting your phone down on itEDIT:After being contacted by customer support they offered to send me a slightly larger model that wouldn't have the same issue. Honestly amazing customer service alone makes this stand worth it, thanks Emma!

Absolutely perfect for the iphone 7 Plus with pop socket!
I bought this holder primarily for my desk at work because I have a privacy screen on my phone but cannot get the incoming text notifications because of the glare on my phone from my office lighting. So I thought this would be perfect so that I could see them and change the music on my phone without picking it up all the time and actually making it look like I am constantly on my phone. The product is of great heavy material and supports my phone without any doubt. I always have a hard time finding holders for my phone because it is a plus and so heavy. Most items end up giving and cannot support my phone with the case and the pop socket, which comes in handy for one handed texting as it is next to impossible to one hand text with the iPhone plus.I highly recommend this phone holder to anyone, especially those that have a larger phone as it does support it greatly and for the price, the quality is fantastic!

Foam cushion keeps peeling off
For the money, I can't really complain. But the bottom two foam cushions keep peeling or sliding off ever few days. I finally got tired of that and had to super glue them on, and now, of course, they stay in place. lol. But overall, it is a very minimalistic and simple stand... which I like. So to wrap this up, I would have given it a 5 if the foam would have stayed in place.

A crucial kitchen addition -- can't live without it
This cell phone stand has become a staple in my kitchen. I purchased it after getting food all over my phone one too many times while cooking or baking based off an online recipe I was trying to read at the same time. It not only solved that problem, but now, I also use it as an ergonomic way to read or watch videos on my phone while eating; the viewing angle is perfect. The stand holds my iPhone 7 complete with its Otterbox Defender, and I love that I can charge my phone at the same time. The stand itself is light but still super durable; after over six months of use, there's barely a scratch on it. The non-slip rubber pads on the base as well as the phone cradle have stayed in place and still work well.Six months after purchasing this stand, I'm not sure how I ever lived without it. Definitely worth the money.

Solid stand
I use this to hold my phone while charging and I sometimes put my tablet on here while watching something on it. It comes with little rubber "feet" and a rubber bar on the back part of it so that your phone or tablet doesn't come in direct contact with the metal. The only problem with that is that the glue holding those pieces on does not dry. So, the pieces move all over the stand and the glue residue sticks to your electronics. I completely removed these things and wiped off all of the glue. So, not a big deal now.

An amazing product for an amazing price.
UPDATE: I've been using the stand consistently for about 18 months and I still think it's great. Certainly worth every penny. The only issue is the rubber pads on the rests. As you can see in the photo, they have shifted position over time. It isn't a problem since it came with extra self-adhesive pads. Unfortunately, after all this time, I have no idea where they are. I still would recommend buying it.I just opened the box and was amazed by the quality. They could have doubled or tripled the price and it would still be worthwhile. It is made out if thick(non-flexible) aluminum. Every edge it smoothed an unable to cut my finger when I ran it around the edges. I also checked the hole for the cord. Not even a scratch. But if you are concerned, you could always use a little vinyl tape (electrical or duct). It even comes with extra rubber cushions should you need them. One of the best buys on Amazon!

Will probably get another one!
I have to say i don't normally give 5 stars, but this deserves it! I was looking for a stand to put next to my bed for when i charge my phone at night and was originally looking for a wireless charger. Decided against the wireless charger cause it makes my phone way too hot and i thought it safer to use my cord charger. The cord fits under the stand just fine. I was worried about this because of some of the other reviews, but it works great with my phone. I use my phone as my daily alarm and with this stand i can turn my alarm off with ease instead of picking up my phone or fumbling with it just to silence the alarm. I have the galaxy s8 with a slim case and it fits perfect! I have not had one issue with this stand. It is very light weight but it has grips on the bottom and on the arms so it doesn't slip or scratch the phone. I will probably order another for work. I use this stand at home also when listen to music on my phone. The arms do cover the speaker a little when standing the phone up straight, but i connect my phone to Bluetooth speaker anyways so that's not a big deal for me.

Generally happy, but it could be better
Look - this is a cheap item that generally does what it is supposed to do. There is no need for an in-depth review.I still feel it's worth pointing out a few issues:-- It's surprisingly light. While that's good in one sense, it also means that it falls over fairly easily. On top of that, it doesn't hold still if you actually use your phone (and push the screen) on the stand. You need to put some sort of "weight" on the bottom to keep it in place.-- The rubber scratch protectors fell off almost immediately. The material isn't sharp enough for this to be a huge issue - but I just wish they used a slightly better adhesive.-- The "hooks" on which the phone rests are a bit deeper than expected. You actually have to slightly "lift" the phone to get it off the stand. If you just pull forward, you'll knock the whole thing over.
