Less than 9v or 2a, not only will the charging speed be substantially reduced, both the charger and the receiver will run hot, since they are not getting enough power, so they are not running smoothly and consistently and instead varying charge and struggling to stay at optimum.Anyway, I hope this helps.Spent a lot of time, trying different Qi chargers and receivers, measuring charge rates and times and this one combination was immensely faster than all others! Almost as fast as a direct cable, instead of wireless Qi.

Pretty good for the price!
I paid $9.99 for this item. After a week or so, I can confidently say that it is indeed worth that price. The device I'm using is a Pixel Fold. The pad charges my device but it is pretty slow. Most of that is the Pixel's fault as it only has 7.5w charging. The LED ring is a nice touch. It is green when the device needs to be repositioned and when it begins charging, it turns green. LEDs turn off several seconds after removing the device. The device is fairly thin. I attached a photo of it compared to one of my coasters. It is roughly the same thickness.All in, I would definitely recommend this charger at the $10 price point. If any durability issues arise, I will update my review.

Slow charging
Eh. Took forever to charge my iPhone 11. My biggest problem with it is the connector at the charging pad bent when my cat knocked it off my table and it stopped working. I looked for a replacement wire within what I had and online and couldn’t find a replacement. A couple weeks after buying it and it is now a coaster for my favorite drinks.
