Works better than expected. Some splines seem to be a bit too soft and tend to fall out. However, this material is just the right texture with the right rigidity and compliance to stay in place. Perfect fit for my screens and was able to screen several window frames in minutes.

Used this to re-screen a dozen windows. Works as expected, fit snuggly into the channel and seems plenty durable. Definitely worth the buy if you need to screen something.

Been trying to my screen fixed forever. None of the big hardware stores had what I needed. Great value!! Great quality!! Installation was a workout, but that was part of it. I have enough to do 2 or 3. If I need more, I will buy again.

I replaced several of the screens in our house and this spline worked perfectly. It fit the channel well and kept the screen taunt. It looked like a professional job when I was done.

We went DIY with our window screens. The product was fresh and easy to work with. We have enough left over to replace a few more screens over the next few months. Saved us a bunch of money too. I recommend watching a couple of You Tube videos, then observe how the old spline comes out of the old screen you are repairing. Great product!

This spline is ok, it does the job. But it’s of lower quality than whatever the original splining was on my screens, and also the spline available in hardware stores.

This is so much better than using the old rubber spline from your old screens. This makes it fast and easy to put in. I’d recommend pulling the rubber spine with your hand, while pressing down too, so that you can easily put it inside the screen frame spine. If you rubber spine is starting to break down and crumble, it’s time to get a replacement. Or if it’s really hard and not Bendy, that would be another good sign of replacing the rubber spine. I prefer the ones that are rubber and not the ones that have foam and these ones are definitely more durable. I would also recommend making sure that you get the right size around the spine because you might order one that is a size 2 bigger size too small. I believe that this rubber is the most common rubber to get though.
