I did have an issue with my first one, after a couple of months using it, it just stopped working. Like it just ran out of energy, completely. Not sure why. I contacted the company and they asked me to send a short video showing what was happening (or in this case, not happening). No questions after that, they replaced it right away. This is probably one of the easiest and best tools I have used for light etching. Did the dremel for years but, on smaller projects the dremel is over kill. I highly recommend this tool if you do smaller etching projects. and the company stands by their product! That says a lot

I bought this and after a few weeks it no longer works it charges but doesn't run. Very 😞 😥 waste of money

The media could not be loaded. I love that it’s portable and not much bulkier than a thick permanent marker. When I used it, this ensured the ergonomics were easy enough for me to doodle on various surfaces. I got this on a whim and I’m so glad it’s now part of my crafting arsenal! I’ve been able to make engraving on my reusable coffee cups (I drove flasks… Etc.), wood bins, and my next step is going to be a set of unpainted unfinished wood figurines from Michael’s.I’ve tried maybe 1/3 of the 30 bits and they’re each so different, so I cannot wait to try each of them and figure out what’s best for what. I genuinely recommend this for any crafter out there that needs a birthday or Christmas gift. This feels like it was the missing piece to my resin work, so I’m sure I will come in handy with all of my vinyl work as well. As you can tell, I’m brainstorming use cases as I write this! My point is whether it’s one of your first crafting tools or hundredth, it meets a specific need other tools can’t really meet in the same way. It’s lightweight it’s intuitive and it’s fun to play with! And since it’s so fast then there’s no need to worry about the battery lasting a super long time. I engraved multiple items with a single battery charge no problem and my engraver/customizer still has battery juice left.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The product never charged or worked from the time it was taken out of the box. The customer service is practically non-existent. Do not buy this product! I hope I am saving a lot of people a huge headache and embarrassment should you give it as a gift.

I recently purchased this engraving pen, and I must say, it is truly impressive. Originally, I intended to buy one for my granddaughter, but I was so taken by its quality and functionality that I ended up getting two! This little tool is not only handy but also comfortable to use, making it a great addition to my shop. It allows for a creative and personalized touch to any project, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to invest in it. Highly recommend!

Unlike other reviews & videos I've seen, I find this hard to work with because it's extremely slippery due to the casing being smooth metal so I didn't try it enough to be able to review how it works. It does have good power & is very nice looking & seems well made. Sorry, but this is being returned. Another issue is that the bits were taped down for shipping so when I removed the tape, many of the bits stuck to the tape which was a major pain.
