Must have for calisthenics athletes
These fit in the hand nicely and have a nice thickness that makes the wooden handles feel strong and sturdy. Great to practice L-sits, planche leans, and handstands on. They work better than I expected, but the anti-slip could be a bit more effective and more sticky, which is their only downfall. When assembling, be sure to use a hard, flat surface so that the feet are even. Excellent product overall!

Deeper push up
The product is sturdy and came in the color I ordered. Much better than some of the rubber coated gripps that could tear easily. Solidly built.

My hands don’t slip and it supports me so it’s great
Really great quality and holds me up well. Absorbs sweat so my hands don’t slip. I can do a frog stand and L-sit with it. Tried to include a video but it wouldn’t let me.

These things are GREAT!
I've been looking for something like this to help me do push ups! Doing them with palms on the floor hurt my wrists as did trying to do them on fists. I like fitness equipment that feels natural because I am more likely to use it. I almost bought a different all metal set and so happy I did not. The length of the handle and the diameter of the wood are perfect. I highly recommend these bars. Wish I had bought them years ago!
